1. Who processes your data

We are the controller for the personal data collected via ikwilverandering.be. If you have a question about your data, write to the address above.
This privacy statement applies to the website ikwilverandering.be and to the associated booking and session platform. The website leefvanuitjehart.be has its own privacy statement.
2. What data we collect
When you book an appointment: your name, email address, telephone number, the service chosen, and the date and time. For an invoice in a company's name, also your company name, address and VAT number.
At payment: the amount paid, the payment method, the status and the transaction number. Your full card details never reach us. They are processed directly by our payment provider.
When you use the session platform: a personal session code, technical log data about the course of the connection (time, error messages, browser type and device type), and the data needed to establish the video and audio connection.
When you visit the website: data about your visit via cookies and measurement tools, but only if you give permission for this. See article 8.

4. Notes and health data
When you book, we ask only for your contact and invoicing details. At no point does the website or the booking form ask about the issue you wish to work on, your complaints, or your health. Sessions are not recorded, and no substantive record of them is kept in the online platform.
Your practitioner does, however, keep personal notes on what is discussed during the sessions, in order to follow up the guidance properly. Those notes may contain information relating to your health. Under privacy legislation these are special categories of personal data, which enjoy additional protection.
We process these data solely on the basis of your explicit consent, and only in so far as necessary to guide you properly. They are stored securely, are accessible only to your practitioner, and are never shared with third parties without your prior consent, unless a legal obligation compels us to do so.
You can at any time request access to or deletion of these notes, and withdraw your consent, at janine@ikwilverandering.be. Withdrawing your consent does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal, but it may mean that the guidance cannot continue.
5. Who we share data with
We never sell your data. To deliver our service we engage a number of specialised parties, which act solely on our instructions:

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland), Billit BV (Belgium), Resend Inc. (United States), Lovable Labs AB (Sweden), Cloudflare Inc. (United States) and Google Ireland Ltd. (Ireland).
Data may also be shared with our accountant, and with government authorities where the law obliges us to do so.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area. Your booking and invoice data are stored within the European Union. Two of the parties above, Resend and Cloudflare, are established in the United States. Transfers to these parties take place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. How long we keep your data

Once these periods have passed, your data are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
7. Video and audio sessions
Sessions take place via our own platform on ikwilverandering.be. Image and sound travel directly from your device to the practitioner's device wherever possible. Where a direct connection is not technically possible, the signal is relayed through an intermediate Cloudflare server, which only forwards the signal and does not store it.
Sessions are not recorded. No image or sound material is retained, neither by us nor by our service providers. You too are not permitted to record a session without prior permission.
8. Cookies
On your first visit we ask your permission to place cookies. Necessary cookies, which make the website work, are always placed. Statistics cookies are placed only after you have given permission, and you can change that choice at any time. Further explanation can be found in our cookie policy.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- request access to the data we hold about you;
- request correction of data that are incorrect or incomplete;
- request deletion of your data, in so far as we are not legally required to keep them;
- have the processing restricted, or object to it;
- receive your data in a readable format, or have them transferred to another party;
- withdraw your consent where the processing is based on it.
Send your request to janine@ikwilverandering.be. We reply within thirty days. To avoid handing data to the wrong person, we may ask you to prove your identity.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Connections are encrypted via HTTPS, access to the practice area is protected by a personal account, and the database is set up so that data are accessible only to those who need them. The personal notes kept by your practitioner are not stored in a cloud service but locally, on a password-protected device. Your personal session link is unique and cannot be guessed, so do not share it with others.
11. Filing a complaint
If you are not satisfied with the way we handle your data, please let us know first. You can also file a complaint with the supervisory authority at any time:
